WHO THIS IS FOR

Your relationship is unique. Your therapy should match.

Over 75% of couples report improvement in their relationship following couples therapy. The work is hard (Lebow J., & Snyder, D. K., 2022). The results are worth it.

Monogamous Couples Therapy

Therapy for married, engaged, dating, or committed couples navigating conflict, reconnection, trust repair, and everything in between.

LGBTQ+ Relationship Therapy

Same-sex, trans, non-binary, and queer partnerships. As a queer man, I bring lived experience, not just allyship, into the work. As a therapist in the community, I have extensive experience working with folks who fit anywhere under this umbrella.

Polyamorous & Open Relationship Therapy

Navigating jealousy, boundaries, communication across multiple partners, hierarchy negotiations, and the unique emotional labor poly and open relationships demand.

Neurodiverse Couples Therapy

Neurodiverse-affirming therapy helps couples decode each other's unique cognitive processing styles, turning the communication differences and misunderstandings that often create emotional distance into a stronger, more connected relationship (Smith, R., Netto, J., Gribble, N. C., & Falkmer, M., 2021).

Couples Therapy & Addiction

Support for couples navigating substance use or recovery, focusing on trust repair, boundaries, accountability, relapse impact, and rebuilding safety without falling into secrecy, enabling, or blame.

Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Relationship Therapy

HSP-affirming therapy helps partners to better understand how heightened sensitivity influences their relationship. We work to improve empathy for sensitivity, manage overwhelm, and communicate needs.

The Gottman Method

John Gottman became famous for predicting with over 90% accuracy whether couples would stay together after listening to them argue for just a few minutes. His method is built on decades of research into what really makes relationships work.

I've completed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. This isn't "I statements" on a couch. It's a structured, evidence-based approach built around The Sound Relationship House. Backed by research, the Gottman Method is proven to break toxic conflict cycles and relieve deep relationship stress, helping even couples who feel they've lost the ability to communicate safely rebuild their connection (Davoodvandi, M., Navabi Nejad, S., & Farzad, V., 2018).

This is a framework for understanding your partner's inner world, turning toward each other instead of away, resolving conflict in a constructive way and repairing after unhealthy conflict, rebuilding trust, recovering from affairs and betrayals, and creating shared meaning even when you disagree.

Insurance policies cover conjoint therapy in which the treatment is focused on supporting one client with their diagnosed mental health condition. In conjoint therapy, the partner is not a focus of treatment, does not have the same rights and protections, and is only there to support. I provide couples therapy which treats the relationship itself and both partners equally. For this reason, I do not offer superbills for couples therapy.

The relationship you want is still possible.

It starts with one conversation. Let's have it.
